Boss Contracts Limited is committed to the implementation and continuous improvement of its Health and Safety management systems to ensure a disciplined approach to Health & Safety in all aspects of the company's activities.

All of our activities are compliant with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all reasonable and practicable measures are taken to avoid risk to our employees and any third parties that may be affected by our activities.

The company will identify and assess all foreseeable Health, Safety, Welfare and environmental hazards and where possible, take appropriate and timely action to either prevent an occurrence of a non conformity in its product and/or service or minimize the risks to health, safety and the environment.

Management and staff have the responsibility for implementing this policy through the company and will ensure that Health, Safety, welfare and environmental considerations are always given priority in planning the day to day supervision of its activities.

All employee's and sub-contractors will co-operate with the company in carrying out this policy and will ensure that their own activities, so far as is reasonably practicable are carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment.

The directors are committed to achieving this central objective and are responsible for establishing, developing and providing the appropriate resources in all areas of the company's activities. The company has appointed the Managing Director as having ultimate responsibility for Health, Safety and welfare and to whom any reference should be made in any difficulty arising in the implementation of this policy.

Senior management's objectives are to produce a healthy, safe and environmentaly kind culture that are underpinned by a consistent approach to statutory, legislative and regulatory health, safety and environmental requirements. This objective will be achieved by providing the best possible work environment and ensuring all its employee's are fully aware of the relevance and importance of their responsibilities in the implementation of this policy, as part of their training.

Senior management will review this policy at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness in satisfying statutory provisions and the company's stated policy and objectives. The review process will act as a vehicle for establishing measurable objectives and the requirement for continual improvement.
